Changelog

What changed, and when

Written by the people who made the change. Fixes are listed with the same weight as features, because a fix is usually what somebody was waiting for.

Version 1.4

July 16, 2026

Sessions that remember how the last one felt

  • Plus and Care sessions now adapt from your check-in. Tell Reva a session felt good and the next one adds a little; tell it you were sore and the next one eases off.
  • The how did that feel check-in is now two taps and shows you, in plain words, what Reva will change next time.
  • If you report that something hurt, Reva now eases right back and adds a clear check-with-a-professional note to the next session.

Version 1.3

June 3, 2026

A calmer session view, and the progress ring

  • Rebuilt the session view around one step at a time, a soft timer, and a progress ring that fills as you go, so you are never scrolling a wall of text mid-session.
  • Every movement now carries its own caution, so what to ease off on is right there, not buried in a legend.
  • Reduced motion is fully respected. If your system asks for less motion, the ring and reveals hold still.

Version 1.2

April 21, 2026

The red-flag screen, on every session

  • Reva now runs a fast, deterministic red-flag screen before any session is built. Describe something that needs a clinician, chest pain, numbness, a fall, calf swelling, and Reva stops and points you to care instead of programming around it.
  • Added the standard red-flag list to every session, so knowing when to stop is never a surprise.
  • The one-time readiness check now runs before your first session and takes about fifteen seconds.
